I offer low cost counselling as both short‑term and long‑term therapeutic support, depending on your needs. I understand that everyone is different, and there’s no one-size-fits-all, so whether you’re looking to work toward a specific goal or explore your experiences in a deeper, ongoing way, this is a space where you can feel heard, supported and understood. All sessions are 50 minutes long and typically held on a weekly basis, however fortnightly sessions can also be arranged.

Counselling is focused, structured, and centred around a specific goal or issue you’d like to work on. This might include managing stress, improving confidence, navigating a life transition, or understanding a particular pattern that’s holding you back. Short‑term work helps you gain clarity, develop coping strategies, and make meaningful changes in a concentrated timeframe. I recommend a minimum of 12 sessions.

Psychotherapy offers space for deeper exploration over a longer period of time. This approach is more open‑ended and is helpful if you want to understand yourself more fully, explore your past, or work with recurring emotional patterns or long‑standing difficulties.
Long‑term therapy allows time to build insight, strengthen self‑awareness, and develop lasting emotional resilience.
