Client records and notes are kept for 6 years after counselling ends (in line with professional guidance)
Website analytics data is kept according to the provider’s standard retention periods
After this time, data is securely deleted or destroyed.

I do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
However, some trusted services may process data on my behalf, such as:
- Website hosting provider
- Email provider
- Practice management software provider
These services are GDPR‑compliant and only process data as needed to support my practice.
