A confidential, supportive and non-judgmental space where you are invited to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with someone who genuinely cares, believes in, and wants the best for you. Instead of offering advice or telling you what to do, we’ll make sense of things together in this collaborative process.

People come to counselling when life feels overwhelming, confusing or heavy. Others come simply because they want to understand themselves more deeply. Whatever brings you here, counselling is a place for safety, support and hope.

It’s built on the therapeutic relationship; an honest, grounding and respectful connection where you can speak openly, without judgement or pressure. Through this relationship, we explore your inner world at your pace, and by allowing your voice to be heard in an empathic space, you begin the process of change.

During your sessions you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself, develop healthier ways of coping, challenge relationship and behavioural patterns, and manage many of life’s challenges with a new and empowered perspective.

Your 50 minute sessions are shaped by you. This may look like bringing whatever feels present for you that week, working towards a specific goal, working through a particular issue, or exploring more ongoing themes. Put simply, there is no right or wrong way to use this space. You don’t need to prepare or have the right words – we find the starting point and navigate from there together. To learn more about what to expect from me as a counsellor, you can read About Me.

My role is to listen, reflect and support you in understanding yourself more fully. That said, I’m not a silent, passive listener – I’m engaged, collaborative and curious; offering gentle challenge when it feels supportive, or when something important shows up between us. As a relational integrative counsellor, and with our relationship as the foundation, I creatively combine different therapeutic methods and techniques to best suit you.

About Counselling

Counselling provides a confidential, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with someone who is trained to listen to you with care. Instead of offering advice or telling you what to do, you’re invited into a collaborative process where we make sense of things together.

It’s built on the therapeutic relationship; a grounding, respectful connection where you can speak openly without judgement or pressure. Through this relationship, we explore your inner world at your pace. Perhaps making sense of patterns, emotions, experiences, fears and goals.

Your therapeutic journey can help you process specific events, understand long-standing patterns, explore questions about identity, meaning and purpose. Put simply, there is no right or wrong way to use this space.
